DUE TO RESOURCE CONSTRAINTS THIS PROJECT IS NOW TERMINATED
SAD TO SAY THAT WE HAVE FAILED TO ASSEMBLE ENOUGH RESOURCES IN TIME TO GAIN ENOUGH SUBMISSIONS, RAISE ENOUGH FUNDS TO PROMOTE AND PUT ON THE EVENT, AND PROVIDE FOR THE GRAND PRIZE. DUE TO THIS WE HAD TO CANCEL THE FESTIVAL FOR THIS YEAR. HOWEVER, WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ORGANIZATION TO TAKE IT OVER. SOMEONE WITH THE RIGHT NETWORK AND RESOURCES TO BACK IT AND TRULY MAKE IT HAPPEN IN A BIG WAY.
